Packing & unpacking
We wrap it, label it and never judge your snack drawer.
Office moves
New desks, same team. The passive-aggressive plant travels first class.
Student moves
Mini-fridge, mystery futon, one (1) ramen pot. Student-budget friendly.
Moving labour
You bring the truck, we bring the biceps. Loading, unloading, rearranging.
Senior moves
Patient, kind and never rushing anyone's memories.

Closet & home organizing in Toronto
Closet organization is sorting, decluttering and arranging what you own so every item has a place. We do it before a move to cut what you carry, after a move to set up your new home, or all on its own. Marie Kondo would nod approvingly.
Closet organization
We sort, fold, hang and arrange closets and wardrobes so you can finally see (and reach) everything.
Declutter before you move
Keep, donate or toss. You only pay to move the stuff you actually want.
Bins, shelves & labels
Simple systems with clear labels that survive long after we leave.
Unpack & set up
Closets, kitchens and storage areas arranged in your new place, so day one already feels like home.
Seasonal wardrobe swaps
Coats and boots in, shorts and sandals out, with zero avalanche risk.
Downsizing help
Patient, respectful sorting for seniors and families moving to a smaller space.
How a closet session works

Sort & decide
We go through it together: keep, donate, toss. No judgment, promise.

Closet sessions are priced by the size of the job and quoted before we start.

Four steps between you and a couch that's already in the right room, with a closet to match.

On time, with blankets, dollies, labelled bins and a great attitude.
Feet up, you're home
Boxes in the right rooms, closets organized. Go on, sit down. You've earned it.
Why Toronto picks Julia for moving and organizing
One team for the whole job: we move you, then help you get organized. Big-company logistics, small-business heart. When you call, you talk to the people who'll actually be carrying (and folding) your stuff.
Mon to Sun, 7am to 8pm.
The number we quote is the number you pay.
We've fought the Gardiner so you don't have to.
Shoes off. Smiles on.
Moving & organizing FAQ: questions, answered (mostly seriously)
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal, especially at month-end and in summer when all of Toronto moves at once. Last-minute? Ask anyway. We love a plot twist.
How is pricing calculated?
Most local moves are hourly by crew size, plus a travel fee. You get the estimate up front, so no nasty surprises on moving day.
Can you move my furniture, appliances and that giant sectional?
Yes, yes and yes. We take things apart, wrap them up and put them back together. Yes, even the IKEA thing.
What can't you move?
Hazardous materials, flammables, perishable food and pets. Please carry valuables, documents and medication with you.
Do you organize closets?
Yes, as part of a move or on its own. We help you sort and declutter, fold and hang, label bins and shelves, and set up closets in your new home so you can find everything on day one.
What's the smallest move you'll do?
Small is our favourite size. Studio and 1-bed moves, or just a few big items, are all welcome. Ask us about our minimum when you request a quote.
Do you do same-day or short-notice moves?
Sometimes. Call or message us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can fit you in. The earlier you ask, the better.
How long does a closet organizing session take?
It depends on the size of the closet and how much needs sorting. We'll give you an estimate with your quote, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be home while you organize?
We recommend it, at least for the sorting. You decide what to keep, donate or toss, and we handle the folding, binning and labelling.
Do you help with condo elevator bookings?
We can tell you what your building needs, like booking windows and elevator rules, so the concierge stays friendly.
